Release Notes	1. Add welcome dialog which is used to open and new file more easily. 2. An option of show or hide welcome dialog is added. 3. The option page Scales is named as Appearance. 4. New options - color and theme. You can change the colors of the wave form. 5. Change the mouse point on the wave form. 6 . It will show at the center of the desktop when it runs the first time. 7 . A new Right-Click menu on the wave form view is added. 8 . When paste from file, the file name will change to the name of paste file - fixed. 9 .
