Sends and receives text messages from computer to computer in real time without using dedicated servers. It works over any network protocol, and it is very easy to deploy. The program is a great alternative for the WinPopup program that comes with Windows 95/98, but is not included in Windows NT/2000/XP. The program supports graphical emoticons and hyperlinks. WinMessenger can be used on a Windows Terminal Server.

Release Notes	This version includes a console utility (SEND.EXE) to send messages from the command line. WinMessenger now shows all users on all Terminal Servers in the domain. On Windows NT4.0/2000/XP and 2003, WinMessenger shows all users from the current domain (with their full names if available). WinMessenger now better supports IME and introduces the complete support for Text Services Framework under Windows XP/2003. Several other fixes and optimizations were implemented.
