TreeSize Professional is a powerful and flexible harddisk space manager for Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003. Find out which folders are the largest on your drives and recover megabytes on them. TreeSize Professional shows you the size, allocated and wasted space, the number of files, 3D bar and pie charts, the last access date, the file owner, the NTFS compression rate and much more information for several folders or drives you choose. It also lets you search for old, big and temporary files. The application has an intuitive Explorer-like user interface and it is fast and multithreaded. You can print detailed reports or export the collected Data to Excel and to an HTML, XML or ASCII file. TreeSize Pro can be started from the context menu of every folder or drive.

Release Notes	* Introduced a mixed mode for units, in which an appropriate unit (KB/MB/GB) is used dependant on the displayed size. * TreeSize Pro now listens to Windows file change notifications in order to update changed directories automatically. Since V3.0 TreeSize Pro already updated the size information of a directory (non recursively), if its content was displayed in the Details view. All automatic updates can be turned on or off using a new button in the toolbar. * A new column has been added that can show the file version that is included in most EXE, DLL, OCX etc. files. Additionally a column has been added that shows the title (volume label and drive letter) of a scan. This can be useful for archiving purposes. * The context menu of the Details item now contains a submenu with all available information about this item, including the ones of non visible columns. This submenu can also be used to activate or deactivate columns. * The main menu bar now has a "Branch" menu that contains some actions that can be applied to complete scans / branches. The "Refresh All" menu item that refreshes all scanned drives / directories that are currently present in TreeSize Pro has been moved from the "File" to the "Tools" menu. * The users and the extension sheet now have a small horizontal bar chart that shows the distribution among the users / extensions. * New command line option /EXCLUDE that allows specifying exclude patterns for scanning. See help file for details. * New command line option /OPEN that opens a saved XML report on application start. It can be combined with /COMPARE. * TreeSize Pro now ships with an XSLT file that formats a saved XML file for output in a browser that supports XSLT processing (e.g. Firefox >V1.0 or Internet Explorer >V5.5). But especially for large XML files the browsers may take a long time to process the data.
